I am the creator of the Infrastructure Placement Framework — a vendor-neutral, NIST-aligned, open-source enterprise IT governance framework released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. The framework addresses eight domains of modern IT decision-making: Workload Placement, Cloud Repatriation Readiness, Hybrid Estate Optimization, Cyber Resilience and Business Continuity, AI Governance and NIST Alignment, End-User Device and BYOD Strategy, Collaboration Platform Strategy, and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

I publish original analysis, practitioner frameworks, and governance guidance through the ahr-ki-tekt Design Journal — written specifically for CIOs, IT Directors, InfoSec Officers, and executive leaders making technology decisions under real-world constraints.
